How to Pick Up Your Vehicle

Step 2

24-Hour Driver License Upload!

🪪 Driver’s License Upload
Please upload your driver’s license directly to the Turo app (not under trip photos).
This is a required step to verify your identity and ensure a smooth, delay-free check-in.

✅ Tips for a Smooth Check-In:

Your Turo account name and date of birth must match your driver's license exactly.
Only upload your own license—submitting someone else’s will result in cancellation of your reservation.

🛑 License Requirements:

Must be valid and unexpired
No altered, damaged, restricted, or learner’s permits accepted

Step 3

Day of your Adventure

After landing you will take a train to West or East Baggage Claim. After picking up your baggage on the East or West Side you will take a shuttle to ParkDIA .
- Vehicle is located at ParkDIA in Park My Car Share area
- Address: 25200 E 68th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019

Below are instructions and videos to get to the shuttle:

East Baggage Claim (blue signage): Please go out door 513 and proceed to Island 3.

Upon Arrival on Island 3, the shuttle will be on the left-hand side. WATCH VIDEO

West Baggage Claim (red signage): Please go out door 504 and proceed to Island 3.

Upon Arrival on Island 3, the 🚌 shuttle will be on the left-hand side. WATCH VIDEO

Please tell the shuttle driver the Row and Section information we have sent you. **this information is

given after step 2 & 3 is completed**

Once you arrive at the vehicle you will open your Turo APP and navigate to the messages you will see the link to unlock the vehicle.

Press Unlock **there will be a 20 second delay after unlock is pressed**
If for some reason the link does not unlock the vehicle, contact us. We have bluetooth capability for you to unlock the vehicle.
Keys will be located in the center console inside a black bag. Take keys out to start the vehicle
Head off for an adventure!

Return Instructions

Step 1

Refuel

Refuel Vehicle to avoid a $10.00 refueling Turo Fee
Vehicle needs to be returned clean, free of trash and refueled to the same gas level fuel level you received it in.
Gas:
- 4 Runners and Sequoia Gas: 85
- Land Cruisers Gas: 91 (premium) only
Last Gas Station next to the airport is Phillip Gas Station on 7680 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249

We offer a free car wash at any Cobblestone Car wash, the closest to the airport is 4631 TOWER RD, DENVER, CO 80249
There are gas stations next to CobbleStone Car Wash.
If you cannot returned it washed, that is fine. Just do not return it with 4 inches of mud, this would be a cleaning fee from Turo

Step 3

Pick-Up Shuttle

The shuttle is located between Rows A-D and Section 6 - 7.
You will seen Blue Pick Up Shuttle signage.
Shuttles run very 5 minutes. There are dedicated shuttle service for Turo customers.
Once on the shuttle please tell the shuttle driver that you are either going to the West or East side terminal.

Local Pick-Up Instructions

Traveling to ParkDIA from Union Station is straightforward 🛤️. You can take the Airport Train Line A, which departs every 30 minutes from Union Station. The journey to the airport terminal takes approximately 37 minutes ⏱️. For the train schedule and mobile ticket purchases, please visit: RTD Denver.
Upon arrival at Denver International Airport, please follow these directions depending on your terminal:
- East Terminal baggage claim : Exit through Door 513 and proceed to Island 3. The shuttle bus 🚌 will be located on the left-hand side.
- West Terminal baggage claim: Exit through Door 504 and proceed to Island 3. The shuttle bus 🚌 will be located on the left-hand side.
For those preferring to use Uber or other drop-off services:
- ParkDIA is located at 25200 East 68th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019 📍. The facility offers a 30-minute grace period with no charge.
- After this period, a fee of $3.00 for each additional 30 minutes will be charged, up to the daily maximum rate 💵.
