Pick Up Your Vehicle

24-Hour Driver License Upload!
🪪 Driver’s License Upload
Please upload your driver’s license directly to the Turo app (not under trip photos).
This is a required step to verify your identity and ensure a smooth, delay-free check-in.
✅ Tips for a Smooth Check-In:

Your Turo account name and date of birth must match your driver's license exactly.

Only upload your own license—submitting someone else’s will result in cancellation of your reservation.

Day of your Adventure
Pickup at ParkDIA
After collecting your baggage on either the East or West side, follow the instructions below to catch the ParkDIA shuttle to your vehicle.

✈️ 💼 DIA Baggage Claim Update
Baggage claim is under construction. Please review the instructions below and watch the video for seamless shuttle pick-up. We check weekly to provide the most up-to-date directions.
🛫 Shuttle Instructions - Based on Baggage Claim Side
East Side (Blue Signage):
Exit through Door 513 → Walk to Island 3 → Shuttle arrives on the left-hand side.
West Side (Red Signage):
Exit through Door 506 → Take a right → Take a Left & walk to Island 3→ Shuttle arrives on the left.
🗣️ Tell the shuttle driver your Row and Section
(These are sent to you after your license is verified in the Turo app.)

🧼 Clean Vehicle Reminder
All interiors are cleaned before pickup.
Depending on weather, the exterior may show dust or exposure. Thanks for your understanding!
🎿 Gear Storage Tip
The fold-down center seat is perfect for skis and snowboards.
Please avoid resting gear against seat sides to prevent scratches — damage fees apply.

Return Instructions
Step 1
Refuel

Refuel Vehicle to avoid a $10.00 refueling Turo Fee

Vehicle needs to be returned clean, free of trash and refueled to the same gas level fuel level you received it in.

Last Gas Station next to the airport is
Phillip Gas Station on 7680 Peña Blvd, Denver, CO 80249

We offer a free car wash at any Super Star Wash, the closest to the airport is 17301 Green Valley Ranch Blvd., Denver, CO 80249.
Open 7 days (7:00am -8pm), weather permitting.

There are gas stations next to Super Star Wash.

If you cannot returned it washed, that is fine. Just do not return it with 4 inches of mud, this would be a cleaning fee from Turo
Step 2
Return Vehicle to ParkDIA

All vehicles are to be retuned to ParkDIA (25200 East 68th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019 ).

Returning the vehicle to a different Denver International Airport parking lot other than ParkDIA will result in a $250.00 + fine from Turo.
Parking Instructions:
Pull up to the booth and attendants will guide you to the current Return Loading Row.
Shuttles meet you directly at your row for faster pickup.
Please be sure to park only in the designated loading Row. Shuttles will not pick up guests parked outside of the guided loaded Row.
🚫 Do not park in reserved or in the covered garage
Key Return & Locking:
• Place the key in the black bag (found in the center console).
• Fold the top flap to ensure the signal is blocked.
• Lock the vehicle by pressing the driver door lock button.

Shuttle Pick-Up:
All guests are now picked up only from the Guided Loading Row. Booth attendants will direct you where to park when you arrive.

Important: Shuttles only pick up from the loading Row. Vehicles parked elsewhere will not be picked up.
Final Check-Out Reminders:
Mark Your Trip Complete
Be sure to mark your trip as COMPLETE in the Turo app.
This triggers the app to log the final vehicle location and prompts you to take any post-trip photos—both helpful for documentation.

Local Pick-Up Instructions

Traveling to ParkDIA from Union Station is straightforward 🛤️. You can take the Airport Train Line A, which departs every 30 minutes from Union Station. The journey to the airport terminal takes approximately 37 minutes ⏱️. For the train schedule and mobile ticket purchases, please visit: RTD Denver.

Upon arrival at Denver International Airport, please follow these directions depending on your terminal:

East Terminal baggage claim : Exit through Door 513 and proceed to Island 3. The shuttle bus 🚌 will be located on the left-hand side.

West Terminal baggage claim: Exit through Door 504 and proceed to Island 3. The shuttle bus 🚌 will be located on the left-hand side.

For those preferring to use Uber or other drop-off services:

ParkDIA is located at 25200 East 68th Ave, Aurora, CO 80019 📍. The facility offers a 30-minute grace period with no charge.

After this period, a fee of $3.00 for each additional 30 minutes will be charged, up to the daily maximum rate 💵.
